Our Warranty

Warranty Replacements

At our option, we will repair or replace our product that we find to be defective if the returned item is received at our facility within 15 days, the date that you received your order.

You need to send the part back to our facility, the Technician will be determined if the replacement is needed.

Note: we do not provide warranty replacements of parts that have been damaged by installation in sets that contain shorted or faulty components. Please carefully check the condition of the set before installing our product.

Product Returns

You can return our undamaged product for a refund, a 20% restocking fee, within 15 days, the date that you received your order.

To Return an Item

If you wish to return or exchange an item please email us the following details:

  • Your name as it appears on your order
  • Your order date
  • The part number of the item that you wish to replace or return
  • Whether you are requesting a warranty replacement or a product return
  • The reason for the replacement or return

We will promptly send you a return number (RMA #). Please include a note with the following information inside your returned package:

  • Your RMA #
  • Your name
  • Your return address
  • Your daytime phone number

Please package the part with care to prevent shipping damage.

We pay the two-way shipping costs to replace or repair items that we find to be defective in normal use. You pay the shipping for other returns and exchanges.

Once we receive the item, we will promptly issue the replacement or refund.
